Hi, I'm Prisca.As long as I can remember, I lived with asthma.My breath was something I worried about.There was always medication to carry, the fear of the next attack, endless doctor's appointments...For a long time, I believed my breath was the enemy.And yet, diving became my greatest passion.Eventually, it became my work.Every day, I was immersed in conversations about breathing. I experienced how the breath could keep us calm, focused, and present beneath the surface. Experience Breathwork

If you've never experienced breathwork before, you might be wondering what to expect.We gather in a small, supportive group. I'll gently guide you through the breath practice, always encouraging you to listen to your own body. Afterwards, there's time to rest, integrate your experience, and, if you'd like, share what came up for you.There is nothing to achieve and no expectation to do anything beyond being present with yourself.

Before you joinThis breathwork uses an active breathing technique.
For some medical conditions, we'll simply adapt the practice by breathing through the nose instead of the mouth, allowing you to participate safely and comfortably.
If you have any of the following, please let me know before the session:Pregnancy
Epilepsy
Detached retina or glaucoma
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Serious cardiovascular conditions
Recent surgery or major injury
Any other medical condition you're unsure about
